**The opportunity**:

The OMG Media Ops team is a center of excellence built to enable our people with process, backed by technology. This group ensures that OMG delivers exceptional, trustworthy aspects of advertising, unlocking the data needed to optimize our performance and maintain reputation.

The Media Operations Associate Director role is accountable for supporting clients with the effective execution and excellence of media operations. In this role, you would be responsible for the deployment and governance of our operational workstreams across Ad, Reputation, and Taxonomy Operations. You will help facilitate and gather data for Data Operations, and you will be a liaison for Financial Operations. In this role, you would collaborate with Media Operations leadership to deliver and maintain media operations policies, governance practices and accountability structure to deliver high-quality and high-performing media as proven through clear and structured accountability frameworks.

**Areas of Responsibility**
- Support Media Ops Director/ leads in creating and delivering on the vision of the media ops organization
- Drive rapid development of processes, standards, and innovative solutions
- Act as partner and leader across local market team Strategy, Planning, Investment and Analytics groups to facilitate effective communication, collaboration and feedback channels
- Drive and share the vision for ad/mar tech evolution for the client brands
- Provide expertise across data sources to drive development of governance solutions (processes, technologies, etc.) to ensure visibility to goals and requirements across reputation, brand, financial, efficiency and execution requirements
- Inspire, train and guide direct and indirect reports
- Accountable for timely delivery of critical Media Ops initiatives (e.g. rollout of new standards)
- Client communications (updates, blockers)
- Team workflow (across platforms such as Omni Studio, Planit, and Jira)
- Accountable for ensuring resolution of data quality issues across global, regional, and offshore teams
- Accountable for ensuring the Media Ops team hits operational KPI’s (SLA’s against TAT’s, data quality, error resolution)
- Make recommendations (process changes, trainings, accountability, etc.) to improve performance against operational KPI’s
- Accountable for ensuring productive collaboration across on and offshore teams
- Accountable for resource utilization analysis and recommendations to recalibrate resources based on client’s scope and needs
