To help us grow further, we need to strengthen the Finance team with a new Finance Analyst that will focus on Commissions.**The essence of the role**
The Core Business Controlling function provides financial planning, forecasting, reporting support to the Core Business Unit. It also supports the periodic revenue/P&L reporting and analysis as required by Corporate and Core Management, as well as strategic analyses as required by both internal and corporate customers. It also performs accounting functions for specific areas; primarily in commission/bonus related activities.

This is a business-oriented role, working both hands-on and strategic, with various budget owners within the organization. This is a great opportunity for you to influence, develop and grow both your own role as well as within Sinch. The role reports to the Finance Manager based in the US.

As our new Financial Analyst - Commissions you will:

- Be responsible for the Commission Process including planning and payroll transmission
- Be responsible for Month-End Closing
- Be responsible for maintenance of the Commission System tool
- Review process to ensure timely and efficient work flow
- Provide revenue & GP reporting support

In order to contribute in this role you have:

- A couple of years experience from finance or accounting, ideally you have also worked with Commissions
- Experience with financial reporting and modelling
- You love Excel and you are fierce on Powerpoint
- Fluent in English in speech and writing

- (Sales) Commission Experience
- Working experience for an international company
