**Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Digital authentication Team lead - APAC to join the Curation Team in Singapore
**About the role ️**

Reporting directly to the APAC Digital Authentication Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Authenticator Associate of our pre-loved luxury products.

Your mission is to lead and oversee the team while adhering to our processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**What you will do**
- You lead, manage, supervise, and develop a team in their daily activities, both collectively and individually.
- Quality & Performance: monitoring, analyzing, and driving productivity, deadline management, adherence to operational procedures, customer contact rate control, and incident management at both the overall and individual levels.
- You hire and define needs with your manager and oversee training, with the assistance of experts for expertise.
- You maintain clear and continuous communication within the team but also with the other Team Leaders.
- You will always elevate presence and be well aware of operational issues and needs.
- You will be the bridge of trust/communication between stakeholders and the team. Ensure transparent communication with the team while proposing innovative solutions to your manager.

**Who you are**
- You rely on the technical and behavioral skills of your team to unite and gain the commitment of your team.
- You have a proven experience in team management (at least 10 individuals).
- You have ideally, 3 years of experience in a production environment (experience in têxtiles or e-commerce is a plus).
- You are comfortable with the working shift of 930am - 630pm on Saturday - Wednesday, with off days on Thursday and Friday.
- You possess strong communication skills.
- You have strong interpersonal and human qualities.
- You are proactive and always focused on problem-solving.
- You have an important sense of customer service.
- You have good analytical skills.
- You are proficient in Excel and reading dashboards.
- Initiation into expertise and knowledge of fashion are a plus.
