**Your day-to-day role**
**CRM**
**EMAIL CAMPAIGNS**
- Fully manage the automated and tactical campaigns, including drafting brief for artwork and HTML adaptation with external agencies with mínimal to zero revision.
- Ensure deliverables are met to send out EDM on-time to all database i.e. maximum twice monthly.
- Update key performances with metrics i.e. Open rates, CTR, Conversion Rates and other KPI (GWP Tracker) for the month.
**GUERLAIN AND YOU LOYALTY PROGRAM**
- Update the yearly catalogue for loyalty program and ensure all deliverables are met within the timeline given.
- Ensure that all CRM and Product Gifts are in-store for new roll-out of catalogues.
- Ensure all inventories are assigned based on the storage capacity of the stores and boutiques.
- Ensure all communication and brief deck are updated in timely manner to all stores and boutiques managers.
**BEEGOLD ACTIVATION**
- Update the yearly calendar with proposed creative in-store activations.
- Extract accurately relevant customer data based on assortments activated (i.e. mainstream, premium).
- Ensure all reporting and communication with the BC and Operation team are seamless and managed in timely manner.
**TRADE**
**CLIENTELING/ VIC & TRADE EVENTS**
- Working closely with Trade Marketing Executive to source vendors, manage logistics, budget, timeline, and other details (e.g. transportation and F&B) to create 360 successful events for clients.
- Coordinate and communicate closely with internal team, ground staffs and vendors in a pro-active manner to ensure that everyone is clear with their roles and responsibilities leading up to the event.
- Overseeing and ensuring D-0 of event runs smoothly and manage issues promptly when arise.
**E-RETAIL MANAGEMENT**- Liaise with external agencies on the artwork adaptation.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly E-retail newsletter to regional team.
**REPORTING**
- Submit monthly Trade Activation Report and Weekly Newsletter to regional to update on competitor analysis and trade activation etc.

- University students who is passionate for luxury beauty brand exposure and proud to be the ambassador of the brand to nurture Guerlain DNA, Heritage and be at the in-depth level of CRM and Trade Marketing.
