**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our Singapore team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing user experiences across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to deliver compelling user experiences that meet our customers' needs.

**Key Responsibilities: YOU CAN EXPECT TO**:

- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to develop and deliver design solutions that meet business requirements and user needs.
- Present low-fidelity prototypes for internal proof-of-concept validation, testing and iterations on quick turnaround times.
- Create and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all products and platforms.
- Explore and pioneer new go-to-market AI solutions through iterations and refinements.
- Champion the single-minded commitment to delivering usefulness, usability and utility

**Qualifications: YOU’D NEED TO HAVE RELEVANT HARD SKILLS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision and Axure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
