**What the role is**
- As part of the Organizational Development & Learning team, you will play a strategic and operational role to plan, implement and communicate Organizational Development & Learning initiatives to enhance organisational performance. You will develop and implement innovative staff engagement and capability development initiatives.

**What you will be working on**
- You will be responsible for: - Development of strategies and implementation of programmes to support MOF's staff capability needs. Partner the line units in identifying future competencies and capabilities and conceptualise development plans. - Design and organise seminars, webinars, communities of practice within the organisation. - Evaluation and review of programmes to ensure its relevance and effectiveness. - Administration of the learning and development functions, monitoring of training attendance, budget, logistics preparation and management reporting. - Provision of support to the team for staff engagement programmes and events.

**What we are looking for**
- Preferably at least 2 years of prior experience in Human Resources and/or Learning and Development, with knowledge and interest in HR content - Experience in facilitation, design of learning programmes of different modalities - Good organisational, analytical, project management and communication skills - Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful
