**Job Description
- Report to and work closely with the Kitchen Management in all aspects of kitchen management, including operations, purchasing and inventories duties
- Cooperate with front of house staff to ensure high level of teamwork and team spirit at all times
- Oversee and lead a team of cooks in organizing and delegating job responsibilities to the cooks
- Responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the kitchen and ensure compliance with all applicable food safety and regulations
- Observe movement of menu items anticipates and recommends changes to meet rising guests and management expectations
- Monitoring food supplies, food presentation and quality
- Report to and work closely with the Kitchen Management in all aspects of kitchen management, including operations, purchasing and inventories duties
- Assist to monitor and inspect all kitchen equipment are working well and supervise technicians when necessary

**Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in managing and leading a team of about 5 to 10 team members in the kitchen
- Possess a recognized culinary qualification or equivalent experience in a similar capacity
- Well versed in modern Mexican or Tex-Mex cuisine as well as Asian food preparation
- Able to execute high volume production with experience in ordering, inventory maintenance and cost controlling
- Able to provide training in an effective and meaningful manner
- Excellence communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to understand outlet profit and loss
- Good computer skills
- This is a hands-on position
