**Quality Assurance Executive

**Working Hours**:Office Hours, Mon - Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with diverse business units to gather requirements and understand current workflows.
- Provide valuable feedback for system enhancement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and prepare comprehensive test scenarios aligned with business requirements for assigned tasks.
- Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within strict timelines to ensure scenarios are executed accurately.
- Proactively identify and report defects/issues, following up with IT or vendor teams until resolution. Promptly escalate critical issues.
- Gain a deep understanding of business processes and backend systems, including dependencies and limitations.
- Create detailed documentation for assigned tasks to ensure clear communication and knowledge transfer. Flexibly support additional duties as assigned, including after-hours Quality Assurance testing support.d

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in IT or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Analytical and Meticulous nature
- Ability to work after-hours to support production releases
- **No experience is required as training will be provided
