We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Equities Delta 1 Middle Office Senior Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Securities & Derivatives Sr Analyst – C12) based in Singapore.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Act as primary contact for client operational queries and management of client trade and settlement activity.
  • Support Front Office Sales and Trading with trade execution and lifecycle management, primarily on equity hedge and swap & P-Note.
  • Handle trade capture management, client allocation, and Front to Back reconciliation, resolving operational risks with tech partners.
  • Lead new client onboarding to our Prime Swap platform.
  • Develop new techniques for the trade lifecycle and improve processes to reduce Manual Touch Points.
  • Maintain a culture where processes, risks, and controls are monitored, and risks escalated timely.
  • Contribute to bank change projects and resolve complex trade flow problems.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and training to junior staff.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • Operational Expertise: Understanding of Settlements, Lifecycle Management, Reconciliations, Trade Support, and Corporate Actions with Global Markets.
  • Product Knowledge: High-level understanding of Cash Equity and Equity Swap products; general knowledge of derivatives desirable.
  • Client Presentation: Ability to lead client meetings and represent the franchise professionally.
  • Innovation/Creative Thinking: Offer innovative solutions and drive process improvement.
  • Business Liaison: Partner with the Business and Client Executives for new business pitches and client onboarding.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
  • Relevant degree (Business, Accounting, Finance) or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Cash Equity and Equity Swap product knowledge essential; Client Service experience preferred.
