Roadside Service Technican Role Purpose: RSA technicians to attend and provide basic diagnostic and repairs for stranded motorists with their vehicles breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities include:

The basic diagnostic procedures and repairs as listed below.
  • Jump Start and battery replacement.
  • Spare wheel replacement.
  • Fuel delivery.
  • Dis-engage lock on vehicle such as releasing gear and parking brake.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or/ manager as when and required.

As the successful candidate you will be able to show:

  • MLVK Qualification /Certificate / Diploma In Automotive Engineering with 1 year working experience at Authorized Service Centre, Independent Workshops or Roadside Assistance Company ,or
  • 1 to 2 years working experience at Authorized Service Centre, Independent Workshops or Roadside Assistance Company
  • Possess valid Driving License
  • Attending breakdown using Company car or Pick-up truck
  • Required to work on rotating shift morning, night, weekends and public holidays
  • Must able to communicate well in English .
  • Good communication skills and customer oriented person.
