We’re looking for a professional to join as Vice President, Commodities Middle Office - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Sec& Derivatives Lead Analyst – C13) in Singapore. We offer resources to meet your needs and empower healthy financial decisions. Examples include:

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Maintain and improve group processes, reports, and risk systems through IT collaboration.
  • Work with IT to enhance controls and reports for Middle Office processes.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Structuring, Financial Control, Operations, and Technology for trade accuracy.
  • Provide analytical support to Front Office Sales and Trading; mentor junior staff.
  • Maintain records related to trade processing.
  • Support trade capture management, reconciliation, and operational risk identification.
  • Reconcile positions between trade capture systems and the Futures Clearing Merchant.
  • Monitor corporate exchange position limits and internal allocations.
  • Develop and implement business initiatives and client solutions.
  • Analyse and resolve issues with transaction capture.
  • Develop business plans, policies, and procedures for internal and external clients.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for client service, control, and cost reduction.
  • Conduct discovery and due diligence with clients to address complex queries.
  • Manage controls for transaction amendments, cancellations, and regulatory compliance.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have:

  • 6-10 years of experience in a related role.
  • Subject Matter Expert in specific skill sets or business areas.
  • Project management skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with derivative trade capture systems, preferably Endur Openlink.
  • Interpersonal skills for collaboration across various departments.
