About The Role

We are now extending the application to interested candidates who would apply for the role of Business Analyst to join our Service Delivery Division. The candidate must be an enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated individual with real passion for new age digital transformation profession who would work closely with our Division Manager and (internal/external) stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our services.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the quality of a Business Analyst who is savvy in providing technical solutions to our clients. You would also work closely with the client’s project development team and internal/external stakeholders to track and implement solutions that relate to quality or process improvements.

Candidate is also responsible to ensure that the daily activities are in compliance with Braindge’s Credo and business policies. He/she reports to the Team Leader and carries out leading functions of the department.

Key Area of Responsibilities (KAR)
  • Conduct detailed business requirement gathering and use case analysis.
  • Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
  • Map and optimize business processes, assessing feasibility and benefits of proposed solutions.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Plan and promote user tasks in UAT. Monitor task progress, manage risks and issues, and provide resolution support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of project goals.
  • Test schedule planning, test scenario creation, test environment preparation, data preparation, etc.
  • UAT issue management (managing tickets) and tracking till solving them.
  • UAT progress monitoring and reviewing the results.
  • Regular reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Area PM.
Migration
  • Plan and promote user tasks in MIGRATION. Planning of migration schedule and control of migration related tasks such as data mapping, data cleansing, etc.
  • Conduct a migration rehearsal and list up issues and consider how to handle them.
  • Monitor the progress of migration and manage issues, working closely with IT and business user members.
  • Regular reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Area PM.
EUC/RPA/Tools
  • Plan and promote user tasks for EUC/RPA/Tools. Planning and Leading User owned EUC/RPA/Tools as an User Task PMO.
  • Planning of whole schedule such as Pre-Study/Design/CD/UT/IT/ST/UAT both of existing and new development EUC/RPA/Tools.
  • Monitor the progress of the user task and manage issues, working closely with IT and business user members.
  • Lead development team such as giving instruction, resource management, issue solving.
  • Regular reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Area PM.
User Support
  • Plan and promote user tasks in USER SUPPORT. Developing plan of assigned user tasks in areas: UAT, Training, Business Rehearsal, Migration, Customer Relation, BCP Creation, Regulation/Procedure Revision.
  • Progress management of assigned user tasks.
  • Issue management of assigned user tasks (including managing issues raised by developers).
  • Regular reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Area PM.
  • Any other duties related to this role.
Basic Requirements
  • User Task (UAT) Experience in planning and executing UAT.
  • User Task (Migration) Hands-on experience of migration planning and implementation.
  • User Task (EUC/RPA/Tools) Hands-on experience with RPA, MS Access, Excel macro development.
  • User Task (User Support) Planning and control experience in user tasks.
  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
