We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Financial System Management team. Based in Singapore, as the team lead for ERP Implementation team, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution and successful deployment of the systems.

You will be responsible for end-to-end implementation and post-implementation support to users. You will also be responsible to create and deliver training programs to ensure users are proficient in using the new systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plan, timeline and budget for system implementation projects
  • Lead system implementation from project inception to completion, collaborating with a cross-functional project team that comprises of both internal and external parties
  • Manage stakeholders' expectations and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Oversee testing of new systems and related interfaces
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation
  • Address and resolve technical issues that arises during implementation and post-implementation stages
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users
MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Accountancy, Finance, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, finance system implementations (Oracle) preferably in Shipping industry
  • Proven track record in project management and system implementations
  • Strong stakeholder managements across various functions and locations, both internal and external parties
  • Experience in change management and leading organizational transformation
  • Strong leadership skills and communication skills
