We are seeking an experienced trader with expertise and hands-on experience in electronic trading, execution services and systematic trading strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of electronic/systematic trading experience, preferably with a background in crypto markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve RFQ/RFS trading systems, build out execution services tools and develop systematic trading strategies.
  • Monitor market conditions, liquidity, and pricing to optimize trading strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with liquidity providers, brokers, and internal teams.
  • Analyze trading performance, risk exposure, capital efficiency and P&L metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (risk, operations, sales) to ensure smooth trading operations.
  • Stay updated on macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and crypto market developments.
  • Ensure compliance with trading policies and risk management frameworks.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of trading experience, preferably in eFX, equities or crypto markets.
  • Strong understanding of RFQ/RFS, market making mechanisms and various execution strategies.
  • Crypto trading and market making experience is highly preferred (spot, derivatives, OTC).
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) to liaise with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and execute under pressure.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms, aggregators and ECNs.
  • Knowledge of risk management, hedging strategies, and liquidity dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with algorithmic trading or automated execution tools is preferred.
  • Basic coding skills (Python, VBA, SQL) are required.
