Overview We are looking for an experienced Epicor Technical Analyst to manage, support, and enhance our ERP platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring system stability, scalability, and continuous improvement while driving process efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities Platform Management & Support Manage and support the Epicor ERP system, including system customization and integration to meet business requirements. Provide Tier-2/3 technical support for Epicor incidents related to customizations, BAQs, BPMs, Service Connect, and API performance issues. Conduct root-cause analysis, SQL tuning, and coordinate with vendor support where necessary. Reporting & Analytics Design, build, and maintain optimized BAQs and reports to support business intelligence and operational needs. Develop dashboards and KPI reports for management and operations teams using Epicor dashboards or integrated tools. UI Customization & User Experience Implement and maintain Kinetic Application Studio customizations, ensuring changes are upgrade-resilient, documented, and aligned with best practices. Automation & Business Logic Develop BPMs and Epicor Functions to automate business processes, validations, and logic. Maintain proper documentation, testing, and change control procedures. Integrations & APIs Build and maintain integrations using Epicor Service Connect, REST/OData APIs, and middleware solutions. Manage API security, including key and token governance. Governance & Documentation Maintain version control, deployment documentation, and change management records for custom objects and integrations. Ensure proper pilot testing and release management processes are followed. Stakeholder Enablement Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen internal ERP capability and reduce reliance on external consultants. Upgrades & Continuous Improvement Lead technical activities for ERP patches and upgrades, including regression testing and system validation. Stay current with Epicor's product roadmap and implement relevant new features. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5–10 years of hands‐on experience working with Epicor (Kinetic / Epicor 10) in a technical capacity — design, implementation, customization, and support. Proven experience with BAQ optimization, BPM authoring, and Application Studio configuration. Strong proficiency with Service Connect or similar integration tools, and familiarity with REST / OData APIs. Advanced SQL Server / T-SQL skills, including query tuning, indexing, and performance diagnostics. Good understanding of the Kinetic development stack (modern web UI and .NET backend). Experience in production support, including troubleshooting, security management, and backup/restore.
