The Opportunity Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a Regional Business Analyst (Korean-Speaking)on a 2-year contract (renewable). This role will support financial planning and reporting, working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights across the region. You will be part of the regional HQ team, playing a key role in executive-level reporting, profitability analysis, and business planning. The Talent Degree in Finance, Business Administration , or equivalent Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Prior experience with Financial analysis (internship included)Experience in with financial/budgeting models Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for reporting and data purposes Excellent analytical , communication , and interpersonal skills Ability to present insights clearly to management and senior stakeholders Proficiency in both English and Korean (verbal and written) -Professional Korean proficiency is required to communicate with Native Korean stakeholders on business level. Job Description As a Regional Business Analyst, you will: Analyze large datasets to generate sales, profit, and overhead reports Monitor financial performance, conduct variance analysis , and identify cost drivers Prepare monthly and quarterly presentations for C-level executives , translating insights from Korean to English and vice versa Work with product managers and cross-functional teams to investigate P&L discrepancies Support and improve financial planning processes and reporting frameworks Deliver timely and accurate financial data to support business decision-making Lead or support executive-level presentations and external meetings Ensure compliance with internal policies and support risk mitigation in financial reporting Next Step Send your resume to: Email Subject: Job Application – Business Analyst We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
