Aviation Service Delivery Role

This is a key position in the aviation industry, offering a chance to develop expertise and build a strong foundation. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring off-wing rotables modifications for Inventory Technical Management customers.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders for compliance with Airworthiness Directives.
  • Extracting and reviewing components' removal data/shop findings for reliability performance monitoring.
  • Preparing ITM customer components' reliability performance reports for review.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to attain and review removal data from ITM customers.
  • Compiling data for component reliability evaluations.
  • Managing administrative matters for the team's General Staffs.

Requirements

  • Diploma with at least 3 years of working experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in the aviation industry is advantageous but not necessary.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to integrate multiple ideas and information.
  • Experience with SAP, Data Visualization Tools, and process enhancement skills is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish team effectiveness and manage partnerships to achieve goals.
