The organization, an established hedge fund, is looking for a highly skilled Middle Office Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead key initiatives and end to end project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Manage the entire project lifecycle—gathering and analyzing requirements, defining priorities, managing timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Treasury, COO, Valuations and C-suites to ensure business needs are understood and met.
Developer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and developers, translating business requirements into clear development tasks.
Strong Leadership: Provide clear direction to developers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication across departments to manage expectations and drive project success.
Required Experience:
10-15 years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis, ideally in the financial services or hedge fund industry.
Strong technical understanding with hands on experience in Python and VBA (Preferred).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams, including developers and vendors.
A self-starter, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to work with senior leadership and handle high-stakes projects with ease.
