About the Job

As a Senior Project Manager/ Business Analyst at Amaris Consulting, you will lead global program/project delivery, ensuring objectives align with business commitments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and transversal teams (security, architects, compliance) to plan and manage project resources, budgets, and cost control.

Key responsibilities include overseeing business requirement gathering, testing strategies, and UAT support, as well as ensuring governance compliance (Secure Agile/SDLC) and managing vendor relations.

You will also lead project steering committees and report to senior management, handling multiple projects and adapting to evolving priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields. PMP certification preferred.
  • 12+ years in banking IT (Wealth Management/Private Banking), with expertise in Project Management & Business Analysis.
  • Strong knowledge in Tax Regulatory & Reporting (e.g., AEOI/CRS, FATCA, IRS 871m, German Tax).
  • Understanding of Corporate Actions, Securities, Market Data, and Reporting Systems.
