Key Responsibilities
Conduct inspection activities as assigned.
Identify nonconformity (NC) products and initiate NC reporting.
Authorize dispatch of conforming products.
Data entry (Measurement results).
Requirements / Qualifications
Min GCE ‘O’ level and above/Vocational training or certification in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
Experience with a variety of inspection tools (eg. microscope, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
Understanding of inspection techniques and tools
Familiarity with quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001)
Basic knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems
Certifications like CQA (Certified Quality Auditor), CQI (Certified Quality Inspector), or similar certifications can be advantageous
Relevant experience in quality assurance or inspection roles
Experience in manufacturing industry
