Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve outstanding results. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure, including developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. They will also ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum diploma in Interior Design, Project Management or equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant working experience in interior design / A&A work of hotel
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Project)
  • Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills with emphasis on attention to details
  • Strong project & people management skills
  • Ability to run projects wihtin schedule
