The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service ( ) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full-time roles in the sector.
You stand to:
learn about the systems approach to manage a portfolio of over 300 school campuses at the corporate level, and the day-to-day school FM operations in schools.
gain data analysis experience in extracting insights from facility management systems and supporting FM digitalisation processes.
develop project management skills by supporting the implementation and coordination of replacement works within timelines and school operating constraints.
build strong communication skills through collaboration with school leaders, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
What you will be working on:
Create user-centric reporting templates and FM dashboards that transform data into actionable insights.
Enhance asset management processes and maintain accurate facility records through more robust and timely updates.
Deliver essential infrastructure replacements, such as toilet rejuvenation works that enhance school experiences.
What we are looking for:
Relevant academic background or training in Facilities Management, Building, or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills to drive meaningful change.
Self-motivated team player who thrives in collaborative environments and takes initiative.
This is an internship position.
