Finance & Controlling Trainee – Your future Position?
Are you a young individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple tasks with competing priorities? Then here is an exciting, multi-faceted role for you.
You will be part of the local Finance team managing all finance and controlling activities covering financial reporting (group and statutory), local compliance report, Trade Affair, Indirect Tax (GST), etc. You will be working actively with various stakeholders and supporting the Finance Manager to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Your roles:
Manage local compliance matters
Financial and Management Accounting as well as Government and regulatory reporting
Financial reporting and control, including Group and Statutory reporting
Managerial or tax reporting and analysis
Assist in checking compliance with internal procedures and controls
Support local management in the development and analysis of business plans and cost savings opportunities
Opportunity for rotation and short assignment in various areas including Finance, legal, operations and commercial controlling, pricing
Participate in Finance-related projects as assigned

Your professional profile includes:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
Fluent in English; local language a plus
SAP FI/CO is a plus
Advanced Excel Skills
Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Willing to relocate for overseas assignments
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Action-oriented with the ability to work independently
