Cash flow Management Financial Reporting Corporate Tax Compliance Audit Management Budgetary control Group financial consolidation In short, what you will be doing Oversees the accounting and group consolidation of the Group, including statutory reporting and management reporting Performs financial and budgetary control Manages and monitors the cash flow positions Manages overseas outsourced accounting and tax service providers, and ensure the overseas accounts are submitted timely Manages statutory auditors and internal auditor to ensure smooth completion of group financial audit Maintain banking relationships and manages the group’s internet banking systems and banking mandates Manage the Crypto Custodian platform for the Group Implements the new financial software for the Group Ensure compliance with the FRS and regulatory requirements as well as adherence to the company policies and procedures Develops and document business SOPs and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Develop financial and tax strategies including
