Responsibilities:Responsible for the daily smooth performance of the restaurant
Plans and sets daily & monthly sales target
Organizes marketing activities such as promotional events and other related schemes
Recruiting, training & motivating staff
Prepares and handle event order
Handles customer complaints and resolves them
Maintains high standard of quality control, hygiene, health & safety
Monitor work and maintain an efficient rapport between floor/kitchen employees and director’s board
Plans and prepares staff rotas
Maintain stocks and ensure par level is met on daily operation
In-charge of training and imparting knowledge of wines and other beverages
Liaise with the head chef and senior management in setting up operational budgets
Oversees all work in shift and perform regular inspections in all areas
Help in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate
Additional Responsibilities:Act as mentor to develop talents.
Challenge new ideas while actively balancing risks and opportunities.
Develop and strengthen relations on executive management.
Develop business and professional networks.
Drive value-creation and meet the long term objectives of the organisation.
