We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Senior/Sales Executive with a proven track record in implementing and driving sales strategies. The incumbent is also required to identify new business opportunities as well as maintain working partnerships with new or existing clients. The ideal candidate can seamlessly integrate themselves into our company culture and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possess relevant experience in the Food Ingredient/F&B industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify opportunities within the F&B/HORECA industry.
Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring accuracy in contracts and pricing.
Promote and conduct sales presentations to prospective clients.
Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Analyse sales data and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
Prepare reports and presentations on market analysis, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
Prior experience and proven track record in sales within the F&B or Food Ingredients Industry is a plus.
Possess strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities.
Good negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Meticulous with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a dedicated team member.
