Roles & Responsibilities Intune Administrator role: Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in IT administration, with at least 4 years focusing on Microsoft Intune. Solid experience in managing mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solutions, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem. Experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Office 365, and other Microsoft services is highly desired. Familiarity with endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and other related security tools. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune architecture and services. Expertise in configuring, deploying, and managing mobile devices and applications. Experience with conditional access, compliance policies, app protection policies, and other Intune security configurations. Monitor and ensure device compliance with internal and external security standards and regulatory requirements. Integrate Intune with other security solutions (e.g., Azure AD, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, etc.) for a unified security approach. Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Security, Operations) to ensure smooth deployment and integration of Intune-managed devices and applications. Generate and analyse reports on device compliance, app deployments, and other key metrics. Evaluate and recommend new solutions to improve Intune deployment, performance, and security. Sound knowledge on Microsoft SaaS administration. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to create and deliver documentation, training, and support materials. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation for Intune management tasks is a plus. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Intune device enrolment, application deployment, and security policies. Provide high-level technical support for troubleshooting device-related issues and escalating as needed. Assist in handling incidents, ensuring minimal impact to end-user productivity and device availability. Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent Intune/MDM certifications are preferred. Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) is a plus Intune or MDM-related certifications are a plus.
