Quality Management System Administrator \

We are seeking a diligent Quality Management System (QMS) administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of documentations related to work processes.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QMS principles, including ISO 9001 standards, and be able to generate reports on documentation checks and compliance trends.

\

You will also develop and track follow-up actions for non-compliant findings, support management in handling feedback, enquiries, appeals and disputes, and maintain meticulous records of all audit activities.

\

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your analytical and administrative skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check on the completeness of documentations of work processes. \
  • Execute inspections on compliance to procedures. \
  • Generate reports on documentation checks and compliance and update trends. \
  • Develop and track follow-up actions for non-compliant findings. \
  • Support the management of feedback, enquiries, appeals and disputes. \
  • Maintain meticulous records of all audit activities, findings, recommendations and follow-up actions. \
