As an Assistant Director in the Executive Education department with a focus on Open Programs Designing within Corporate Learning & Development (CLD), your role is crucial in driving educational program and executive development sales. You will utilize your full-time L&D experience in IT, Tech, and Higher Education sectors to support the organization's goals.Your main objective is to secure new B2B clients through consultative selling, ensuring flawless program delivery and revenue generation. To achieve this, you will be responsible for various key areas:Program Development:- Identify and develop new executive education programs aligned with corporate clients" needs and the university's strategic objectives.- Design and deliver customized programs tailored to specific client requirements.- Work closely with faculty, industry experts, and clients to create innovative and relevant program content.Client Relations:- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and challenges.- Negotiate contracts and pricing for programs while providing excellent customer service.- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.Faculty Recruitment and Development:- Recruit qualified faculty members for executive education programs.- Offer professional development opportunities to enhance faculty teaching skills and knowledge.Marketing and Sales:- Develop marketing strategies to promote executive education programs.- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential corporate clients.Program Delivery:- Oversee logistics and administration of executive education programs.- Ensure high-quality program delivery and monitor participant satisfaction.- Make necessary adjustments to programs based on feedback and evaluations.Financial Management:- Develop and manage the budget for the executive education enterprise.- Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure profitability.- Evaluate the financial performance of programs and implement necessary changes.Additionally, you will support CLD in securing new B2B and B2C clients, meeting revenue targets, conducting industry and market research, coordinating program branding, maintaining key accounts, and managing internal processes such as database maintenance.Your role as Assistant Director in Executive Education requires a strategic mindset, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality educational programs to corporate clients.,
