Senior IC Design Specialist

A key role in our team is to collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements for BCDMOS active and passive devices.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to identify the necessary features for BCDMOS active and passive devices.
  • Lead the development of P-cell layouts for BCD technology-related active and passive devices, focusing on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the Modelling team to create models that meet customers' application-specific requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement application-specific device features and maintain technical communication with customers.
  • Enhance BCDMOS device performance and features based on customer input.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Physics with 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Fabs environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Physics with 8+ years of experience in BCD device development.
  • Proficiency in Bipolar CMOS/DMOS, TCAD, RFSOI, or other semiconductor device technologies.
  • Experience in developing BCD devices from scratch for consumer/automotive grade applications.
  • Detailed understanding of DMOS and CMOS analog device layouts, device characterization, enablement features, and application aspects.
