Job Highlights Located at Somerset 1-Year Contract Up to $3,5005-Day Work Week (8.30AM to 6.00PM)About the Role We are looking for meticulous and driven individuals to join our client In this role, you will oversee billing and credit control processes, ensuring all invoices and settlements are accurate and timely. Senior positions will involve additional supervisory and cross-departmental collaboration responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Set up, prepare, and send customer invoices (mainly electricity and utilities). Troubleshoot and resolve billing and credit control issues. Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly and daily settlements. Ensure high accuracy and timeliness of all billing and settlement processes. Collaborate closely with internal departments to maintain accurate customer information. Coach junior officers (for Senior roles). Liaise with external vendors and resolve issues (for Senior roles). Assist in process and system improvements and implementations (for Senior roles). Prepare customer or internal financial and billing-related reports as required. Requirements Local Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, IT, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; at least 2 years of supervisory experience for Senior roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a team player.
