Job Title: Culinary Replenishment Specialist
About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Culinary Replenishment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for replenishing essential food and culinary items by placing orders using company-provided tools and adhering to a predefined purchasing catalogue.

You will collaborate closely with the Receiving team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining meticulous logs and updates of daily tasks.

Your ability to identify and escalate issues such as spoilage, delayed orders, or discrepancies will be key to ensuring smooth operations.

In addition, you will oversee special order procedures, support inventory control, and stay informed of government food guidelines as communicated by the internal team.

Providing excellent customer service, maintaining a sense of urgency, and ensuring accuracy in all tasks will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Place orders for replenished food and culinary miscellaneous items following company's guidelines and instructions
  • Coordinate and collaborate with a separate Receiving team to ensure orders placed are received on time and as ordered
  • Maintain organized logs and updates of daily tasks
  • Overssee special order procedures
  • Escalate any issues encountered with ordering and receiving to the internal leadership team
  • Support inventory control as requested
  • Stay up to date with government guidelines as provided by internal team
Requirements:
  • Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
  • 1+ years of experience in order writing, buying or similar role
  • Be highly organized and reliable
