What The Role Is
Oversees and manages the HR and administrative matters for CDA.
Actively involves in talent & performance management, training & development, payroll management, as well as National Service cycle changes (onboarding and exit management) for all NSFs.
Maintains the records and data of all active personnel in the academy
What You Will Be Working On
To manage the overall NS experience of NSFs in CDA
To conduct posting of NSFs, certify monthly attendances and meal allowances for NSFs
Serve as a point of contact for all matters pertaining to NS e.g. welfare management, financial assistance, discipline and regimentation
To work with unit supervisors and MHA HR Shared Services to draft and prepare ORD transcript, testimonial, ORD package, ORD medical rescheduling and assigning ORD interviews.
To plan, organize and implement division and force-wide level functions and welfare activities, such as Enlistment, Mass Posting, ORD functions, promotion ceremonies and family day events

To assist in the coordination and provision of administrative support for the academy
To achieve KPIs for HR related audits
What We Are Looking For
Relevant experience in performing HR functions. Prior experience in public agencies and familiar with government Instruction Manuals and HR systems will be advantageous
Ability to work independently and in a team
Possess strong communication and good interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analytics
