Job Opportunity: Motor Fleet Operations Support

Motivated individuals sought for a challenging role in motor fleet operations support. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for managing fleet accounts, processing endorsements, adding or removing vehicles, and scheduling renewal follow-ups with existing clients.

  • Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and information
  • Process vehicle additions and removals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare new quotations and compile Excel listings for insurer quotations
  • Maintain accurate records and files upon policy issuance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and partners

Requirements:

  • ITE qualification (or equivalent)
  • General Insurance Certification is a plus (can be obtained during on-the-job training)
  • Interest or experience in motor insurance or motor fleet operations is desired
