Job Title:
Electrical Maintenance Specialist

As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficient maintenance of all electrical systems, office equipment, and building facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining detailed records of electrical and hydraulic systems on scissor lifts, managing inventory and requisite purchases of electrical/construction parts accessories, and following up on progress of rectification works to report to the management team.

You will also be responsible for responding to emergency calls after office hours for troubleshooting any failures to the building's electrical system, working location: Defu lane & Islandwide, working hours: 6 days, Mon-Fri (8 Am - 5 Pm), Sat(8 am - 12pm)

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience

Degree or other field with experience

Familiarity with maintenance of building systems, electrical equipment is an advantage

Ability to work as a team player as well as work independently
