Job Description
You will support the nightly guest service operations, ensuring smooth accounting processes at the serviced residence. Your role is to create a welcoming atmosphere that fosters resident satisfaction and provides a 'home away from home'. You will report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Guest Service.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures
Make and confirm reservations
Respond to queries via walk-ins, emails, and calls, and assist with requests
Manage cash floats during your shift and ensure they are balanced at shift end
Verify revenue from all sources and follow up on discrepancies
Accurately record all financial transactions during your shift
Handle end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing, and reconciliation
Record and address residents' complaints and feedback, performing service recovery as needed
Perform end-of-day procedures and generate daily reports
Perform other related tasks as assigned
