The Role
The Engineering team at Monad Foundation develops software to facilitate the adoption of the Monad blockchain. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and build high-quality web applications that seamlessly integrate with web3 technologies, collaborating with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in full stack web3 development, building both frontends and smart contracts.
What You Will Do
Design and develop performant applications involving blockchain interaction and data, covering both frontend and backend components.
Create dashboards to display network activity and popular applications.
Develop SDKs to simplify blockchain interaction for developers.
Build user interfaces to facilitate onboarding to Monad.
Who You Are
6+ years of experience as a full stack engineer.
3+ years of experience working at a web3 company.
Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js (or similar frameworks like Svelte/SvelteKit).
Experience with wallet connectors, indexers, Ethereum transaction lifecycle, and Web3 APIs (e.g., web3.js).
Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience collaborating closely with design and developer teams to enhance user and developer experiences.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
