We are looking for a Supply Planning Manager, to lead end-to-end planning and allocation process, leveraging on data-driven insights to optimise vendor capacity, streamline workflows, and ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery. Hybrid work model with flexible arrangements.about the job Oversee the full supply planning process, aligning capacity plans with business needs and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to review specifications, allocate production to partners, and balance cost, quality, and delivery priorities. Analyse planning outcomes to identify gaps, recommend product transfers, and continuously improve sourcing and allocation efficiency. Utilising digital planning tools and data analytic to enhance forecast accuracy, monitor supplier capacity, and enable data-driven decision-making. Drive process improvements through lean and agile practices, develop performance dashboards, and support seasonal initiatives and special projects. about the manager/team Dynamic and vibrant culture. skills and experience required Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Min. 5 years of experience in supply planning, particularly within fashion/FMCG/luxury related industries. Experience in leather goods and sample planning will be an added advantage.
