Job Description About the role: The Associate Director Quality Operations is responsible for ensuring the quality of processes and product outputs. This role involves defining activities, processes, and standards to meet quality requirements, auditing and monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with corporate and customer quality standards. By maintaining high-quality standards, this role supports Takeda's mission to bring better health to people and a brighter future to the world. Applies Quality Management Systems independently in routine and moderately complex situations, with a comprehensive understanding of key concepts and minimal guidance needed. Executes Quality Assurance principles independently in routine and moderately complex situations with minimal guidance. Executes change control procedures for routine and moderately complex changes with minimal guidance. Utilizes advanced decision-making skills to complex situations, provides recommendations, and mentors others in decision-making processes. Manages tasks requiring high attention to detail, independently addresses complex scenarios, and advises others on maintaining precision. Applies Continuous Improvement Process principles in routine and moderately complex situations with minimal guidance, showing a comprehensive understanding of the concepts and methodologies. Carries out routine and moderately complex tasks in manufacturing operations, with a comprehensive understanding of production processes.
