As a key member of our technology development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and advancements in semiconductor technologies.

  • Develop and lead cutting-edge platform projects, focusing on the integration and optimization of 2.5D/3DIC processes.
  • Create new unit modules and devices, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across various platforms.
  • Verify and qualify new processes, guaranteeing their reliability and efficiency throughout production workflows.
  • Establish and maintain advanced setup configurations for new platforms, streamlining production and enhancing overall productivity.
  • Collaborate with customers to verify new products, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded through effective communication and problem-solving.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A solid understanding of semiconductor process integration and device characterization techniques.
  • Proficiency in semiconductor device physics and analysis methodologies.
  • Experience in 2.5D and 3DIC process development is highly valued, but not required.
  • Strong skills in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), control plan development, Design of Experiments (DOE), and problem-solving strategies.
  • Excellent communication, self-motivation, and a passion for continuous learning.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in microelectronics, electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields, and possess at least 7 years of experience in semiconductor R&D or foundry experience as an integration/process/device engineer. Proficient English oral and writing skills are essential for success in this role.
