What you will be working on: Digital Economy Products (DEP) is a division within GovTech run like a modern product company, solving important underserved problems spanning across Healthcare, Manpower, Trade‑Industry‑Finance, National Development and Sustainability sectors. Product Managers at DEP are key to our success. They lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, data scientists, designers and researchers and are ultimately responsible for product outcomes. They show exceptional clarity of thought, and this is reflected in their written and verbal communication skills. They lead through influence and use hard evidence, reputation and relationships to create stakeholder alignment. Responsibilities: SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Education (MOE) that drives and coordinates the national SkillsFuture movement, promotes lifelong learning and strengthens the ecosystem of quality education and training. SSG wants to encourage individuals and enterprises to upskill through various incentives and digital solutions. Understand SSG’s enterprise‑related digital product offerings. Understand the problem space for upskilling individuals, enterprises and businesses through the SG‑SkillsFuture policy initiatives. Own the solutions from design to implementation to future enhancements. Collaborate closely with business owners and technical teams to build the optimal user experience. Validate hypotheses, identify risks and mitigate them by testing early. Define and track impact metrics and keep stakeholders informed. Be ultimately responsible for driving product outcomes for the organisation. What we are looking for: 4‑10 years of experience in a Product Management role. Experience in leading discovery and navigating ambiguity, delivering impactful products in complex organisations, and working with multiple stakeholders. Ability to influence and communicate effectively with both users and senior leadership. Strong product sense, especially around problem framing, MVP definition, and iterative development. Strong belief and drive for sustainability (a plus).
