Description

Reporting to the Head of International Tax in the U.S., this senior leadership position will be responsible for tax strategy, providing tax advice/planning for business projects and initiatives, handling tax controversies (including advanced pricing agreements and mutual agreement procedures, and supporting the development of tax policies for Apple's business in the Asia Pacific region (excluding India). This position will work directly with and support the executive management teams and manage a team of 11.

Tax planning and strategic tax support for Apple's existing business and expansion projects in the Asia Pacific region (excluding India). Oversee and provide indirect tax, direct tax, and general tax advice on a variety of transactions. Manage strategic relationship with the various tax offices across the region, including managing and leading any tax audits or queries.
