Roles & Responsibilities Recruitment Consultant (Full Time) We are a newly established BPO company seeking a committed and driven individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant to support our clients’ hiring needs. This is a 360 recruitment role, where you will ultimately manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, on behalf of external clients.Up to 2 years of experience is welcome, but fresh graduates or individuals without experience are also encouraged to apply. Structured coaching will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Liaise with clients to understand their hiring requirements Coordinate interview schedules and support recruitment operations Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, candidates records and reporting Contribute to recruitment process improvements and employer branding Requirements: Minimum Diploma qualification. Higher Nitec candidate will require to have at least 1 year of working experience. Experience is not essential but 1~2 years of similar role will be advantageous CEI is not a must but will be advantageous Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident, proactive, and professional demeanor Strong desire to learn, develop, and contribute meaningfully to the team Results-oriented with a focus on timely delivery and accountability Mature mindset and a strong sense of responsibility Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Able to start within short notice.
