Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing reports, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain clients' full sets of accounts, including purchase, sales, and cash journals, as well as general ledgers and management reports.
- Prepare GST reports, schedules, and other required reports before due dates.
- Cover additional secretary roles, administration, and ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 1-2 years of working experience.
- Familiarity with GST rules and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (MYOB, QuickBooks, Autocount, Sage
