Accountant Assistant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant Assistant to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and other related financial reports.
  • Accounts Management: Handle full set of accounts and month-end/year-end closings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with support teams, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Operation teams, to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • External Relations: Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree: Degree in Accountancy/ACCA/Chartered Accountant/CPA
  • Experience: At least 5 years' experience in handling full set of accounts in commercial sector
  • Skills: Good knowledge in Corporate Tax, Financial Reporting Standards, GST and Tax Laws
  • Presentation: Strong leadership, effective team player, highly motivated and able to work independently
