We are seeking an experienced Acrobatics Instructor to lead our classes and support competition team training.
Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will deliver engaging and progressive Acro classes across various levels. You will also safely spot and assist students through skill development and advanced tricks.
You will design lesson plans and choreography for competitions, showcases, and studio events. Additionally, you will work alongside the Acro Department Head to maintain consistent training standards.
You will provide clear, constructive feedback to help students progress in skill and confidence. Maintaining a safe, positive, and disciplined class environment is crucial.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in Gymnastics or Acrobatics.
- Experience coaching high-level skills and working with advanced students.
- Strong spotting ability and understanding of safe skill progression.
