Acrobatics Instructor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Acrobatics Teacher/Gymnastics Instructor to join our team. As an instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and progressive Acro classes across various levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the needs of beginner and advanced students
  • Safely spotting and assisting students through skill development and advanced tricks
  • Collaborating with the Acro Department Head to maintain consistent training standards
  • Providing clear, constructive feedback to help students progress in skill and confidence
  • Maintaining a safe, positive, and disciplined class environment
  • Communicating effectively with parents and guardians on student progress when needed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2–3 years of teaching experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Gymnastics or Acrobatics coaching
  • Experience coaching high-level skills and working with advanced students
  • Strong spotting ability and understanding of safe skill progression
  • Passion for both technique and performance quality
  • Professional, reliable, and a team player
