Acrobatics Instructor Position

We are seeking an experienced Acrobatics Instructor to lead our classes and support competition team training. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Acro skills, excellent teaching abilities, and a passion for inspiring young dancers.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and progressive Acro classes across various levels. This will include designing lesson plans, choreography for competitions, showcases, and studio events, as well as maintaining consistent training standards in collaboration with the Acro Department Head.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and instruct Acro classes, focusing on skill development and advanced tricks
  • Design and implement lesson plans and choreography for competitions, showcases, and studio events
  • Maintain consistent training standards and work collaboratively with the Acro Department Head
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in Gymnastics or Acrobatics
  • Experience coaching high-level skills and working with advanced students
  • Strong spotting ability and understanding of safe skill progression
  • Passion for both technique and performance quality
  • Professional, reliable, and a team player
