WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support Distribution targets, initiatives and influence a group of Agency Sales Managers or Directors
  • Develop, support and achieve Distribution and Recruitment targets and initiatives
  • Develop and recommend appropriate initiatives to drive and achieve sales targets, business plan, and various project KPIs.
  • Connect and influence key group of Sales Directors/Managers

WHO YOU ARE

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure and remain agile in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess M5, M9, M9A, M8, M8A, HI and CMFAS papers would be advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and possess sales experience within the financial services industry
  • Prior experience in engaging and managing agency team or agency managers preferred
  • Resourceful and a strong team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
