We are seeking a skilled and flexible individual to join our team in an administrative capacity. This part-time role will involve performing various tasks related to customer service, HR, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide general support with office duties, including data entry, filing, and other tasks.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses via phone or email.
- HR Assistance: Assist with HR-related activities, such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media management and content creation.
Requirements:
- Citizenship: Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
- Schedule: Minimum 3 hours/day (flexible weekly schedule: 3–5 weekdays, 9–35 total hours).
